Whistleblowing is a tool through which employees or third parties of a company can report, in a confidential and protected manner, any wrongdoing encountered during their activities.

Internal reports can be made using various channels that ensure confidentiality of communication.
The recipient of internal reports is the Whistleblowing Committee. Limited to reports with D.Lgs 231/01 impact, the involvement of the Supervisory Board of La Soluzione S.p.A. is envisaged.
Who can make
the reports?
All employees and third parties who interact with La Soluzione S.p.A. by providing goods or services are encouraged to report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity, of which they have become aware in a public or private work context.

What NOT to report?
For example, reports are not considered to be all those having to do with a dispute, claim or request related to an interest of a personal nature of the reporter, or matters pertaining to one's individual employment relationship; such matters should be dealt with directly with one's Manager or Management.
Sending reports
Pursuant to the Whistleblowing Decree, La Soluzione S.p.A. has activated, among the various channels for sending the report, a platform that guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter and the person involved as well as the content of the report and the related documentation because it is accessible only to the people in the committee.
