LA SOLUZIONE SPA, Via Ergisto Bezzi, n. 2, 20146 Milano (MI), in the person of the Legal Representative pro tempore as the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (referred to as "GDPR"), as well as Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, provides the following information about the processing of personal data that you, as a data subject, have communicated to us.
THE SOLUTION SPA, as the controller of personal data within the scope of its activity processes personal data, including those belonging to special categories referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR, according to the following rules.

The processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights. Automatically collected data. Computer systems and applications dedicated to the operation of the website www.lasoluzionespa.it detect, in the course of their normal operation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. The data collected include IP addresses and domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user. The voluntary and spontaneous sending of paper communications, faxes, emails to our addresses does not require the prior collection of consent (art. 111 bis of Legislative Decree 101/2018). However, the sending of resumes and/or other documents, through the dedicated sections of our website, in view also of the possible content of personal data belonging to special categories (e.g., data detecting racial or ethnic origin in accordance with Article 9 of the GDPR) requires the user's release of his/her express consent. In the absence of express consent LA SOLUZIONE SPA will not be able to process such data. Any completion of the forms specifically prepared on our website involves the necessary reading of this information and the subsequent acquisition of the user's data necessary to respond to the request for information and/or provide the requested service. The user must therefore explicitly consent to the use of the data in this form in order to send the request with respect to the described purposes. The personal data of the person concerned, which may be collected and processed for the purposes indicated below, are collected directly from the person in charge.
(a) To provide the Data Subject with the requested information. The collection and processing of personal data are aimed at responding to the Interested Party regarding the requests for information forwarded to LA SOLUZIONE SPA through the completion of the appropriate on-line form having as its object the services offered by the same and, therefore, to proceed with the fulfillment of the requested service.
(b) Legal obligations and obligations of an accounting and administrative nature. Fulfilment of all obligations of an accounting and administrative nature as well as for the fulfilments provided for at the charge of LA SOLUZIONE SPA by the sector regulations applicable to the type of service provided to the Interested Party, meaning by such laws, regulations, EU legislation, provisions issued by Authorities empowered to do so by law and by Supervisory and Control Bodies. The data, for this last purpose, may be communicated to public administrations that are the recipients of fulfillments provided for by sector regulations, such as, by way of example but not limited to: Control Authorities for the Protection of Personal Data and other databases of public administrations in respect of which, also following a request by the same, the communication of the data is mandatory.
The processing of the Data Subject's data: for the purpose referred to in point a) above is based on the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures; for the purpose referred to in point b) above, lies in the fulfillment of related legal obligations, including those of a regulatory nature.
The provision of personal data of the Interested Party is:
- mandatory in relation to the purposes indicated in this point a). Failure to provide the data, subject to consent, will not allow the fulfillment of the request of the Interested Party and the performance of the service requested by the same;
- mandatory in relation to the purposes indicated in this point b). Failure to provide it will not allow the requested service to be provided or the fulfillment of legal obligations;
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to e-mail communications, as well as other personal data spontaneously included in the e-mail.
The personal data received may be communicated to the following categories of subjects: partners with whom LA SOL UZIONE SPA has collaboration agreements in place; internal employees of LA SOLUZIONE SPA; professional firms; private companies operating as suppliers who carry out technical, support, software supply and telematic and IT services on behalf of LA SOLUZIONE SPA.
The Data Subject's data will not be disseminated in any way.
The data collected in general are not subject to transfer abroad.
The personal data provided by the Interested Party will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the obligations of confidentiality that inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper media as well as on any other type of suitable media, in compliance with the adequate security measures pursuant to Article 5 par. 1 lett. f) of the GDPR.
The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("principle of limitation of storage," art.5, GDPR) or in accordance with the deadlines stipulated by legal regulations. In particular:
- for the purposes referred to in point a), the retention periods are 12 months from the date of data registration;
- for the purposes in point b) are 10 years from the termination of any contractual relationship;
We have adopted security measures so as to minimize the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the data themselves, of unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not conform to the purposes of collection indicated in our Privacy Policy.
LA SOLUZIONE SPA, Via Ergisto Bezzi, n. 2, 20146 Milano (MI), cannot guarantee its users that the measures taken for the security of the website and the transmission of data and information limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data. We recommend that you ensure that your computer is equipped with appropriate software devices to protect network transmission of data, both incoming and outgoing (such as up-to-date antivirus systems) and that your Internet service provider has taken appropriate measures to secure network data transmission (such as firewalls and spam filters).
A DPO has not been appointed, as the legal requirements are not met.
