La Soluzione S.p.A. renews its commitment to social and labor inclusion with concrete initiatives dedicated to people with disabilities. In Acireale, in the province of Catania, a training project organized in collaboration with theItalian Association for Spastic Assistance (AIAS) is underway and will end on December 6. The course, which started last October 11 and lasts a total of 132 hours, offers participants the opportunity to learn how to create handcrafted jewelry, an activity designed to stimulate creativity and enrich their personal skills.
Entirely funded by La Soluzione S.p.A., the initiative is supported by AIAS, which is directly involved in assisting and supporting the participants throughout. This project reflects La Soluzione's mission to support the most vulnerable communities by providing concrete tools to promote an active and meaningful life. In this regard, we would like to thank AIAS for its valuable commitment and collaboration.
The collaboration with the Italian Association for Spastic Assistance (AIAS) underscores the shared values and goals between the two entities: both work to break down barriers that limit the opportunities of people with disabilities. AIAS is a private nonprofit association that, driven by a spirit of volunteerism, works to protect and promote the freedom of people with disabilities and their right to health, through rehabilitation, education, employment and social integration, in harmony with the provisions of the Italian Constitution and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Together, La Soluzione S.p.A. and AIAS join forces to transform support into concrete actions, promoting inclusion, autonomy and rights for all.
The initiative was made possible thanks to Talent4you, which played an instrumental role in connecting La Soluzione S.p.A. and AIAS, enabling the launch of an inclusive training project aimed at actively involving people with disabilities and fostering their sense of commitment and participation.
A commitment to the most vulnerable communities
In some areas of the country, such as southern Italy, training and inclusion opportunities for people with disabilities are still limited. Projects such as this not only offer practical tools to access the world of work, but also represent an important message of inclusion and solidarity. La Soluzione S.p.A. wants to help fill these gaps by supporting initiatives that help people realize their potential.
Confirming this ongoing commitment, a second training course, again organized by AIAS and with the invaluable support of Talent4you, was launched in Catania on November 20, dedicated to cold ceramic processing. This new course, lasting 100 hours, confirms La Soluzione S.p.A.'s concrete desire to promote inclusive projects aimed at enhancing individual talent.
