On Tuesday, May 28, our first Career Day was held, which we chose to hold in our Monza branch.
What is a Career Day? A day dedicated to you: to all possible job seekers. A unique opportunity for you and for us.
All job seekers can come to the branch at the day and time indicated, they will have the opportunity to introduce themselves to the Employment Agency, make themselves known and propose themselves for active offers or make an unsolicited application.
If the APL already has open positions in line with the candidate's search they will proceed with a brief one-on-one interview, but if there are no positions currently suitable for them they will proceed with a spontaneous application, the agency will then call the candidate back as soon as they have new job openings!
What could be better than this? Than bringing job supply and demand together over a nice breakfast?
An initiative that is also useful for those who may not be actively searching but who want to stay up-to-date on the job offers in their area (after all... "you never know" right?!).
After this first experience with which we are very satisfied we will organize other Career Days in all our branches: keep following usto know where and when!
