How to apply for the Bonus
?The way to apply for the Christmas Bonus varies depending on the type of worker:-
Public Employees:They must submit the application through the NoiPA portal by12:00 on November 22, 2024. To apply, it is necessary to access the dedicated section and fill in the required information.-
Private Employees:It is necessary to submit a written request directly to one's employer, declaring that they meet the requirements and providing the tax codes of their spouse and dependent children.
When will the Bonus be credited?For all eligible employees, the Christmas Bonus will be disbursed along with the thirteenth month's pay in December 2024. This allows the allowance to be received just in time for the holidays.Important note for cohabiting couplesAn important aspect of the legislation concerns cohabiting couples: the bonus is not available to those living in a cohabiting relationship without marriage. This is because the law expressly requires the presence of a legally recognized spouse. Therefore, cohabiting coupleswithout marriage are not among the beneficiaries.
